Refund Policy

1. Subscription Plans

All Rulisto subscription plans (Professional, Scale, Enterprise) are billed via Dodo Payments. Due to the digital nature of the software and the immediate access to proprietary regulatory logic, subscription fees are non-refundable.

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the platform through the end of your current paid billing cycle.

2. One-Time Dossiers

Purchases of the One-Time PDF Dossier ($299) are strictly non-refundable once the assessment has been generated and the PDF delivered. We provide a complete preview of your score before requiring payment.

3. Exceptions

We may issue a refund in the highly unlikely event of a severe, prolonged platform outage that prevents you from generating an urgent compliance report, entirely at the discretion of Novexic Labs.
